Nighttime in the Magic Kingdom

Have you ever seen the Magic Kingdom at night?  It almost takes on a whole new identity- the castle lights that change at different intervals with shades of blue, green, purple and pink; the way that Main Street U.S.A. glows from the lights sprinkling its path; the fun and vibrance of Disney's Main Street Electrical Parade; and of course, the breathtaking magic of the nighttime fireworks spectacular, Wishes.  Because of these reasons, and so many more, nighttime in the Magic Kingdom is a wonderful way to spend your evening in Disney.

All of the great Magic Kingdom charm is still available at night- the character greetings, the food (turkey leg- yum!), the attractions and the shopping.  And a lot of the time, the crowds and temperatures drop significantly!  You can generally ride some of your favorites more than once and sometimes cut out half of the wait time, if not more!

So next time you're in Disney, enjoy your day!  Then take the kids back to the hotel for a group nap, have some dinner and head back over!  The magic will still be there!!
